【摘要】 目的探索心力衰竭病人的治疗护理经验。方法临床上收集248例心力衰竭病人的急救观察,在中西医辨证辨病理论指导下,采取相应的治疗护理措施,观察效果。结果患者多年老体弱并伴有多种疾病,经中西医治疗护理后,诸症状缓解或消失。240例好转出院,7例未愈,1例死亡。结论对于心力衰竭病人的抢救治疗护理,在中西医结合原则指导下,采取必要的治疗护理措施。密切观察病情变化,严格执行医嘱,正确给予氧气吸入,用药观察,防止大量液体的摄入,注意液体滴注的速度,生活起居,膳食调理,情志护理,功能锻炼的指导,取得满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To search for treatment and nursing experience of heart failure. Method: Collecting 248 cases of heart failure first aid observation in clinic, the effect was observed under the instruction of the corresponding treatment in the syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation theory of combined Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Result: More patients were elderly and infirmed with many kinds of diseases. After therapy of integrated medicine and nursing,various symptoms were relieved or disappeared. 240 were improved,7 cases were not cured,and 1 case died. Conclusion: For patients with heart failure,we can take measures within the rules or guidelines of Chinese and Western medicine. A satisfactory effect was obtained by observing the patient ’s condition and care for them in doctor ’s advice,absorbing oxygen correctly and care for medicine use in order to preventing getting large gush of fluid,taking care of the speed of liquid drop,living,exercising,diet and emotional nursing.更多还原
