【摘要】 目的探讨益气活血汤对糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平的影响。方法选取本院2015年2月—2016年1月糖尿病患者68例,随机分为两组,西药组34例患者使用常规西药进行治疗,益气活血组34例患者在西药组的基础上加用益气活血汤,观察两组患者血糖、血脂水平。结果西药组治疗后胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均高于益气活血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);益气活血组治疗后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者使用益气活血汤可以降低血糖、血脂水平,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the influence of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the level of blood glucose and blood lipid of diabetics. Methods Selecting 68 cases of diabetics in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016,they were randomly divided into two groups. The Western medicine group of 34 cases used the routine Western medicine for treatment. The Yiqi Huoxue group of 34 cases used Yiqi Huoxue decoction based on the Western medicine group. The level of blood glucose and blood lipid of the two groups was observed. Results The level of cholesterol and triglyceride of the Western medicine group after treatment was higher than that of the Yiqi Huoxue group,and there was statistical significance( P < 0. 05). The fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the Yiqi Huoxue group after treatment was lower than those of the Western medicine group,and there was statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction can reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid of diabetics,it has significantly clinical effect,and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
