【摘要】 目的探讨生物全息穴位贴压法对偏头痛患者的护理干预效果,并探讨其对肝气郁结证与肝郁化火证两种不同证型的干预作用。方法 60例偏头痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组均予常规健康宣教,心理护理及口服盐酸氟桂利嗪5mg,1次/d。观察组在此基础上用王不留行籽贴压在双侧第二掌骨侧生物全息头穴、肝胆穴进行护理干预,比较两组患者VAS评分的变化以及临床效果情况。结果观察组与对照组VAS评分改变,具有统计学意义,两组疗效比较具有统计学意义,其中肝气郁结证效果优于肝郁化火证。结论生物全息穴位贴压法对偏头痛患者的护理干预效果明显,尤其对肝气郁结证的干预效果更加明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect of biological holographic acupoints sticking pressure in the treatment of migraine,and explore the different effect between the two differentiation-type of stagnation of liver qi and liver depression transforming into fire. Method 60 cases of patients were assigned to experimental group and control group,evand each group had 30 patients. Two groups were given routine health education,psychological nursing and oral flunarizine hydrochloride 5mg,once a day. On the basic of this,the experimental group was treated by the method of acupoints sticking pressure with vaccaria seed. The changes of VAS score and the clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Results The difference on VAS score between the two groups had statistical significance. The curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant,and the curative effect of the type of stagnation of liver qi was better than that of the type of liver depression transforming into fire. Conclusions The effect of nursing intervention in patients with migraine by biological holographic acupoints sticking pressure is obvious,especially nursing intervention in patients with migraine suffered from the type of stagnation of liver qi.更多还原
