【摘要】 目的观察中药内服联合耳穴压豆治疗外感咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将342例外感咳嗽的患者随机分组,其中清金止嗽散及耳穴压豆组150例,止嗽散组40例,桑菊饮组62例,桑杏汤组48例,西药组42例,并以清金止嗽散联合耳穴压豆组为治疗组,止嗽散组、桑菊饮组、桑杏汤组、西药组为对照组,观察五组治疗外感咳嗽的临床疗效。结果清金止嗽散及耳穴压豆组、止嗽散组、桑菊饮组、桑杏汤组、西药组的治疗总效率分别为88.9%、70%、75.8%、72.9%、76.2%。各组经统计学处理,清金止嗽散组与各对照组对照,均有明显差异。结论中药内服联合耳穴压豆治疗外感咳嗽疗效明确,适用于治疗岭南地区各型外感咳嗽。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point compression in the treatment of exogenous cough. Methods 342 cases of exogenous cough patients were randomly divided into Qingjinzhisousan combined with auricular point compression group identified as treatment group of 150 cases,Zhisousan group of 40 cases,Sangjuyin group of 62 cases,Sangxingtang group of 48 cases and Western medicine group of 42 cases identified as control group. We observed clinical effect of 5 groups.Results The total therapeutic effect of the Qingjinzhisousan combined with auricular point compression group,Zhisousan group,Sangjuyin group,Sangxingtang group and Western medicine group was 88. 9%,70%,75. 8%,72. 9% and 76. 2%,respectively. After statistical analysis,Qingjinzhisousan combined with auricular point compression group and the control group had significantly difference. Conclusion Oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with auricular point compression had exact effect in the treatment of exogenous cough,and was suitable for the exogenous cough in South of the five ridges.更多还原
