【摘要】 目的观察血府逐瘀汤配合心理疏导治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法将40例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。治疗组予以血府逐瘀汤水煎口服,并予以心理疏导;对照组予以盐酸氟西汀胶囊20mg,每日1次口服。两组疗程均为4周,于治疗前后评测汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HMDA)积分,并进行统计学分析比较。结果治疗组和对照组对脑卒中后抑郁均取得了较好的疗效。但治疗组治疗后HMDA积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤配合心理疏导治疗脑卒中后抑郁效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and psychological counseling in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods 40 cases of post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 20 patients in each group. Patients in treatment group took Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,and accepted psychological counseling. Patients in control group took fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules,20 mg orally once a day. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The HMDA scores were assessed before and after treatment,and the scores were compared by statistical analysis. Results Both two groups achieved satisfactory effects. After treatment,HMDA scores of the treatment group were lower than those of r the control group( P < 0. 05).
