【摘要】 目的观察临床技能多站式考核在眼科临床实习中的应用情况及教学效果。方法大学五年级临床实习的学生,出科前应进行临床技能多站式考核,并附有调查问卷。结果分数较高的为第一站询问病史和第四站病例分析及诊治方案、病历书写。分数较低的为第二站、第三站和第五站,眼科检查、辅助检查及处置操作。结论通过多站式考核能了解学生的不足,有针对性的加强学习及临床技能培训。临床技能多站式考核是适合眼科专业特点的医学生临床技能培养新方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the teaching effect of multi station assessment of clinical skills in clinical practice of ophthalmology.Methods Before leaving,the clinical practice of five-year university student should carry out clinical skill multi station examination,and attach to the questionnaire. Result The higher scores were the first stop for history,and the fourth station was analysis,diagnosis and treatment of cases,medical records. Low scores were the second,the third and the fifth stations,eye examinations,examination and disposal operations. Conclusion The multi station assessment can understand the problem of students,and can be targeted to strengthen the learning and clinical skills. It is a new method of clinical skill training for medical students,which is suitable for the specialty of ophthalmology.更多还原
