【摘要】 目的探讨补中益气汤治疗气虚型围绝经期崩漏临床疗效。方法通过收集门诊气虚型围绝经期患者71例,将其随机分为2组,治疗组38例,对照组33例。初诊时治疗组(中西医结合组)给予妇康片联合中药补中益气汤加减,对照组(西药组)单纯给予妇康片治疗。在随后的周期中治疗组若阴道出血量大于2倍月经量仍可用妇康片,若月经量小于2倍月经量或正常时,则不用妇康片,单纯应用补中益气汤3个月,对照组妇康片连用3个月。两组均给予必要的健康宣教,并随访6个月。结果 2组的近期治愈率均达到了90%以上。而远期疗效则治疗组明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气虚型围绝经期崩漏患者采用补中益气汤加减对证治疗疗效优于单纯西药组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency type perimenopausal uterine bleeding. Methods By collecting 71 patients with qi deficiency type perimenopausal uterine bleeding in outpatient,which were randomly divided into treatment group of 38 cases and control group of 33 cases. Firstly,the treatment group( integrated medicine group)was given Norethindrone tablet and modified Chinese medicine Buzhong Yiqi decoction. The control group( Western medicine group) was given Norethindrone tablet. In the subsequent cycle,if vaginal haemorrhage amount was more than 2 times the amount of menstruation,the treatment group still used Norethindrone tablet,if menstrual quantity or normal menstrual quantity was less than 2 times,then used Buzhong Yiqi decoction for 3 months. The control group used Norethindrone tablet for 3 months. The two groups were given the necessary health education. And they were followed up for 6 months. Results The recent cure rate of the two groups reached 90%. While the long-term curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The curative effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency type perimenopausal uterine bleeding has is superior to Western medicine.更多还原
