冯宗文在辅助生殖技术中的中医药助孕应用

【摘要】 目的观察中医药在辅助生殖技术中的助孕疗效。方法将70例符合纳入标准接受IVF-ET治疗的不孕症患者按照治疗先后顺序分为两组,治疗组34例系由冯宗文主任医师于移植前辨证施用温阳育麟汤或养阴毓麟汤中药煎剂口服,连用14天,和移植后予固本培育汤口服,连用14天。对照组36例依照IVF-ET常规方法,不进行中药干预,观察两组患者的妊娠率及流产率。结果治疗组妊娠率为76.47%,流产率为19.23%,对照组妊娠率47.22%,流产率为29.41%,两组妊娠率及流产率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药在辅助生殖技术中的应用可以促进卵泡发育,改善子宫内膜血流,提升子宫内膜容受性,进而提高妊娠成功率,降低流产率。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fertility in the treatments of assisted reproductive techniques.Methods 70 IVF-ET patients matched with the inclusion criteria were allocated in the treatment order of two groups. 34 cases in the treatment group used differential diagnosis,and were treated with Wenyang Yulin decoction and Yangyin Peiyu decoction before embryo transfer,14 days treatment made 1 session. After embryo transfer,they used Guben Peiyu decoction,and 14 days treatment made 1 session.36 cases in the control group used IVF-ET regular method with TCM intervention. The pregnancy and miscarriage rates were observed and compared between two groups. Results The pregnancy rate and the miscarriage rate of the treatment group was 76. 47% and 19. 23%,respectively,the pregnancy rate and the miscarriage rate of the control group was 47. 22% and 29. 41%,respectively,and there were significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of TCM has produced follicular development,improved endometrial receptivity,increased pregnancy rate,and reduced miscarriage rate in the field ART.
