【摘要】 目的了解大学生亚健康分布状况、影响因素分布和体质偏差分布状况。方法采取随机抽样问卷调查方式,对530名大学生进行问卷调查,并从亚健康分布状况、影响因素分布和体质特点方面分析调查。结果亚健康发生率67.38%;躯体、心理和社会交往亚健康三者兼有发生率最高,达到57.41%;心理亚健康中情绪偏差发生率56.68%,兴趣淡、懒散现象发生率46.93%,注意力不集中发生率57.40%,记忆力减弱发生率44.04%;躯体亚健康中发生率排在前三位的症状是:1眼睛异常(眼干涩或有明显黑眼圈或视力下降),2月经异常(周期提前或退后或不定期;量多或者少;痛经),3睡眠异常;亚健康因素以持续感觉有紧张精神压力为最高,其次为缺乏运动、感受来自环境中的较多污染;亚健康人群中所出现的偏颇体质,以阴虚体质发生率最高,达到25.86%,其次为气郁体质,达到17.03%。结论大学生亚健康状况比较突出,躯体、心理和社会交往亚健康并重,体质偏颇以阴虚和气郁明显,应给予重视和干预更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distributed status of sub-health of university student,the distributed status of effect factor and constitutionally differentia. Method To employ the method of randomization sample questionnaire from 320 university student. The result was analyzed from the distributed status of sub-health,effect factor and constitutionally differentia. Results Generant rate of sub-health was63. 13%. The top is the generant rate of body,psychologically and social sub-health synchronously,which reached 55. 64%. Generant rate of emotion abnormality was 57. 18%. Indifferent rate was 45. 93%. Generant rate of not concentrative attentive was 59. 40%. Generant rate of subdued memory was 41. 64%. The former symptoms in bodily sub-health were sleep abnormity,menstrual abnormity and optical abnormity. Conclusion The sub-health of university student stands out,and body,psychologically and social sub-health synchronously are common. It is supposed to be paid attention and treated.更多还原
