【摘要】 目的观察五苓散联合针灸治疗脾虚型泄泻的疗效。方法 68例泄泻患者,随机分为治疗组(五苓散联合针灸)和对照组(蒙脱石+培菲康),观察治疗后两组临床症状、中医疗效的变化。结果单就腹泻症状而言,两组均能改善但治疗组较对照组为优(P<0.01)。治疗组在改善其他症状及中医疗效上均较对照组为优(P<0.01)。结论采用五苓散联合针灸治疗脾虚型泄泻有显著的疗效,能显著改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Wuling powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea. Methods 68 cases of diarrhea patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group used Wuling powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The control group used Mengtuoshi and Peifeikang. The clinical symptoms and TCM effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The two groups also can improve the symptoms of diarrhea,but the treatment group was better than control group( p < 0. 01). The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the other symptoms and TCM curative effect( p < 0. 01). Conclusion Wuling powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea has significant curative effect,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
