【摘要】 目的观察加味黄芪建中汤联合克坚膏治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴不典型增生脾胃虚寒型的临床疗效。方法将40例慢性萎缩性胃炎轻、中度异型增生患者随机分为2组,治疗组20例给予加味黄芪建中汤联合克坚膏治疗,对照组20例给予加味黄芪建中汤治疗。2组均连续用药3个月,观察2组治疗前后临床症状、内镜及病理形态学的变化情况。结果总有效率治疗组为65%,对照组为40%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味黄芪建中汤联合克坚膏治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴不典型增生脾胃虚寒型疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Kejian ointment in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with dysplasia. Method 40 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with mild and moderate dysplasia were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group,and each group had 20 cases. The treatment group was given modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Kejian ointment. The control group received modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction. Both the two groups took medicine for three consecutive months. Changes of clinical symptoms,endoscope and pathomorphology of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 65% which was higher than 40% of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Kejian ointment in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with dysplasia has significant effect.更多还原
