【摘要】 中药治疗疾病发挥着重要作用,然而一些中药-药物会出现药物相互作用,甚至可危及人类生命。其作用机制主要与药代动力学和药效学有关,由于中药可以增强或者减弱药物代谢酶和药物转运蛋白活性,进而改变药物疗效和安全性,甚至产生药物相互作用。本文总结有关中药-药物相互作用的研究,以期有利于临床合理使用中药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) plays an important role in the treatment of diseases,the compound preparations of TCM can reduce poison and increase effect. However,various drug- drug interactions can occur when TCM and drugs were combined,by which even human life may be threatened. It is related to the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. The activity of drug metabolic enzymes and transporters can be enhanced or weakened by TCM,drug effect and safety can be changed,TCM- drug interactions can be produced.
