【摘要】 目的研究Bcl-2蛋白、P53蛋白、细胞周期蛋白D1在B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2010年1月至2015年8月在本院诊治的30例B细胞淋巴瘤患者资料,选取同期治疗的20例淋巴结反应性增生(RH)进行对照。用组织芯片技术对入选患者制备高通量样本,用免疫组织化学SP方法对采集标本的Bcl-2蛋白、P53蛋白、细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)水平进行检测,分析Bcl-2、P53、Cyclin D1在B细胞淋巴瘤患者中的表达。结果不同类型的B细胞淋巴瘤患者的Bcl-2、P53、Cyclin D1表达不尽相同。Bcl-2:在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)、滤泡性淋巴瘤(FL)、小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤(SLL)、黏膜相关淋巴组织结外边缘带淋巴瘤(MALT)以及套细胞淋巴瘤(MCL)的阳性率分别为64.3%,50.0%,100.0%,50.0%,100.0%,阳性率显著高于RH 20%(P<0.05)。P53:在DLBCL、FL、SLL、MALT阳性率分别为57.1%,50.0%,33.3%,50.0%,且DLBCL、FL阳性率,显著高于RH的30%(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1:仅在MCL中表达为100%,显著高于RH(P<0.05)。结论 B细胞淋巴瘤与Bcl-2、P53协同表达途径及Cyclin D1水平异常存在紧密联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Bcl- 2 protein,P53 protein,Cyclin D1 and their clinical significances in B cell lymphoma. Methods Thirty cases of B cell lymphoma patients in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2015 were analyzed. The earlier treatment of 20 cases of reactive lymphoid hyperplasia were selected and compared.High throughput sample preparation was performed by tissue chip technique. The levels of Bcl- 2 protein, P53 protein, Cyclin D1( Cyclin D1) were detected using immunohistochemical SP method. The Bcl- 2,P53,Cyclin D1 expression and clinical significance in patients with B- cell lymphoma were analysed. Results Different types of B- cell lymphoma Bcl- 2,P53,Cyclin D1( Cyclin D1) were expressed differently. The positive rates of Bcl-2 in diffuse large B- cell lymphoma( DLBCL),follicular lymphoma( FL),small lymphocytic lymphoma( SLL),mucosa- associated lymphoma tissue extranodal marginal zone lymphoma( MALT) and mantle cell lymphoma( MCL) were 64. 3%,50. 0%,100. 0%,50. 0%,100. 0%,respectively,higher than that of reactive hyperplasia( RH) group with a positive rate of 20%( P < 0. 05). The positive rates of P53 in DLBCL,FL,SLL,MALT were57. 1%,50%,33. 3% and 50%,respectively. And the P53 positive rates of DLBCL,FL were significantly higher than that of RH group witha positive rate of 30%( P < 0. 05). The Cyclin D1 expressed for 100 % only in MCL,significantly higher than RH group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion B- cell lymphoma has a close correlation with the co- expression of Bcl- 2 and P53 and the abnormal level of Cyclin D1.更多还原
