【Abstract】 Clinical pathology is called"golden standard". Contrast to the status,difficulties of the lack of doctors,failure of platform establishment and the lower qualified diagnosis exist in all levels of departments of pathology around the country. Therefore,the first regional pathological diagnosis center was built in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province in 2011. From science of public management,the authors analyze the causes for the dilemma,and comment on the construction model of regional pathological diagnosis center.更多还原
