【Abstract】 Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) is considered to be first choice to treat unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma.Chemotherapy embolization not only can make the coagulation necrosis of tumor tissue,can also influence the patient’s immune function,and plays an important role in tumor recurrence and metastasis.In this paper,the effects of hepatic artery chemoembolization on patient immune function are reviewed.更多还原
