【摘要】 目的:探讨激光消融在治疗少量倒睫与大量倒睫的疗效与安全性。方法:选取64例91眼倒睫患者,将患者按少量倒睫和大量倒睫分两组,分别对两组进行激光消融倒睫治疗,观察记录两组术后眼部刺激症状,以及术后并发症。如复发,继续采用原激光消融治疗,共观察6个月。结果:激光消融治疗少量倒睫一次治疗成功率80.0%,总成功率95.6%;大量倒睫一次治疗成功率54.7%,总成功率97.2%。两组一次治愈率有显著差异(P<0.05),总治愈率无显著差异(P>0.05)。少量倒睫激光消融术后患者无术后红肿及眼部刺激症状,大量倒睫其中倒睫≥10根部分患者自觉轻微眼睑烧灼感,均无睑缘小凹及皮肤色素脱失。结论:倍频YAG激光消融术治疗少量倒睫效果优于治疗大量倒睫。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the effect and safety of double frequency YAG laser ablation in treating minor and major trichiasis.Method:64 cases(91 eyes) of trichiasis were divided into two groups:minor trichiasis group and major trichiasis group.All patients were treated with double frequency YAG laser ablation.The same operation was performed on the patients with recurrent relapses.The post-operative stimulating sign and the incidence of complications were recorded over the first six postoperative months.Results:The success rate of first-time ablation was80.0 % in minor trichiasis group,higher than 54.7 % in major trichiasis group(P < 0.05)).However,there was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(95.6 % vs 97.2 %).There was no red and swollen sign in patients with minor trichiasis.A slight burning sensation was experienced in a few patients with major trichiasis,but no eyelid fovea and skin depigmentation.Conclusion:The effect of double frequency YAG laser ablation for the treatment of small amount of trichiasis is better than that for the treatment of a large number of trichiasis.更多还原
