【Abstract】 With the significant contextual differences being reasonable to be more widely recognized,"contextual"factors become more prominent.The deeply solving management issues gradually become from a variety of contexts with differences.This study summarizes and reviews the evolution of the contextual concept and classification,explores and analyzes the situation of contextual research based on theoretical review and grounded theory.Finally,it proposes the contextual research approach,tring to give future direction of contextual research in management.更多还原
