第三方医学实验室商业模式创新实践——以金域检验合作共建方案为例
Innovative Business Model of Independent Clinical Laboratories——Take KingMed Diagnostics’ cooperation construction as Case
【摘要】 本文在解释为什么要进行合作共建方案的基础上,从构建医联体医学检验中心和开通社区医检直通车这两个方面阐述第三方医学实验室在商业模式——合作共建方案的创新实践。
【Abstract】 Based on explaining the reason why we conduct the cooperative construction,this study clarifies the business model of independent clinical laboratories—the innovation of cooperation construction.It clarifies this topic from two aspects:1.Construction of Medical laboratory center based on medical alliance;2.Opening community medical examination.
