不锈钢筋的力学及工艺性能
Mechanical and Processing Properties of Stainless Steel Bar
【摘要】 为将不锈钢筋应用于沿海桥梁,提高其耐久性,试制了3种不锈钢筋产品,对不锈钢筋及普通钢筋进行了拉伸、弯曲对比试验,试验表明不锈钢筋不仅有优异的耐腐蚀性能,其力学、工艺性能也满足混凝土结构使用的要求;开展了不锈钢筋焊接工艺试验,焊缝金相分析、晶间腐蚀、冲击、拉伸、弯曲等试验表明,不锈钢筋焊接接头未出现明显恶化,具有很好的可焊接性;设计了不锈钢筋螺纹连接丝头及连接套筒,接头拉压、疲劳性能等均能满足螺纹连接规程要求。
【Abstract】 In order to apply stainless steel bar to the coastal bridge and improve its durability,3 types of stainless steel bar product are trial-produced. The tensile and bending contrast tests on the stainless steel bar and ordinary steel bar are carried out. The tests show that stainless steel bar has excellent corrosion resistance,and its mechanical and processing properties also met the requirements of the use of concrete structures. With the welding process test,the metallographic analysis of welding seams,and intergranular corrosion,impact,tensile and bending tests on the stainless steel bar is carried out. It shows that the welded joints of the stainless steel bar have not show obvious deterioration and has good weldability. The stainless steel thread connection head and connecting sleeve are designed,and the tensile and compression properties,the fatigue performance and so on of the joint could meet the requirements of the screw connection procedure.
