户用太阳能沼气罐的智能温度控制系统
Intelligent temperature control system in household solar biogas reactionary pot
【摘要】 介绍一种新型的太阳能加热的沼气发酵控制系统。针对温度变化对沼气发酵影响,进行温度控制系统的主要硬件电路和软件程序设计。该系统以单片机为核心,使用太阳能对沼气系统进行加热并自动控制温度。实验表明:该系统稳定可靠、使用简单,能够满足户用沼气生产的要求。温度是影响沼气发酵的重要因素之一,该系统利用太阳能对沼气系统加热,降低环境温度对沼气发酵的不利影响,实现沼气生产中对太阳能的高效利用,提高沼气反应罐运行的稳定性和持久性。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a new control system for biogas fermentation with solar heating.Main circuit and program of temperature control system was designed,aiming at the impact of temperature on biogas fermentation.Temperature control system taking MCU as the core,and can heat and automatic control the temperature of biogas system with solar energy.The experiments show that the designed system is reliable and simple to use,which can meet the requirements of household biogas production.Heating with solar energy can reduce adverse effects of ambient temperature on biogas fermentation,achieve the efficient utilization of solar energy during biogas production and improve the stability and sustainability of biogas reactionary pot.
