喷头流量控制试验台的设计与试验
Design and experiment of a test bench for nozzle flow controlling
【摘要】 针对喷药作业中对幅宽调节的要求,采用对所有喷头实行独立控制的方法,设计可以控制多路高压喷药电磁阀的喷头流量控制试验台,试验台可以灵活调整喷药幅宽。平台采用脉宽控制技术(PWM)实现对电磁阀的独立控制,通过改变驱动模块的频率与占空比来调节单个喷头的流量,从而实现变量喷药。利用平台做喷头变量试验,结果表明,在恒压条件下,喷头流量与频率(1~10Hz)和占空比(0.2~1)均呈正相关关系,其中,流量与占空比之间呈现良好的线性关系。
【Abstract】 As the different requirements of spraying operations,independent control of the spray nozzles is a way to adjust the spraying width.A test bench for nozzle driving performance was designed,which can flexibly adjust the spraying width.The PWM drive technology was used to achieve the independent control of each nozzle,thus,subdivision control can flexibly adjust the spraying width.Spraying flow could be controlled by changing the frequency and duty ratio of the drive module to achieve variable spraying.Series of variable nozzle test was done by using the platform,the results showed that under the constant pressure,nozzle flow showed a positive correlation with frequency(1~10Hz)and duty ratio(0.2~1),in particular,agood linear relationship was existed between flow and duty ratio.
