风送式葡萄园弥雾机的设计与试验

【摘要】 针对目前国内大、中型果园弥雾机进地作业困难,植保作业方式多采用大流量、粗雾滴的传统喷雾技术,作业速度缓慢,生产周期长的问题,设计一种以小型四轮拖拉机为动力源,适合目前我国葡萄园篱架式种植方式的工作幅宽可调的轴流风送式葡萄园弥雾机。并通过室外实验,对风送式弥雾机植保作业的主要性能参数进行测定。雾滴沉积量方面,有风送式较无风送式提高48.9%;雾滴直径方面,有风送式较无风送式,雾滴平均直径由122.3μm减小到90.3μm,雾滴均匀度DR值提高14%,雾滴的均匀性提高。

【Abstract】 For the current domestic large and medium-sized orchard sprayer which have operational difficulties into the ground,traditional spraying techniques of high flow and coarse droplet were mostly used in plant protection practices,work slowly,long production cycle problem,an axial flow fan spray machine with a power source of a small four-wheel tractor was designed which was suitable for the current type of vineyard trellis type planting method.The key design and improvement of the sprayer was for the air conveying system and the electronic part width adjustment.Besides,through the outdoor experiment,the main performance parameters of the air assisted sprayer were measured.For the amount of droplet deposition,the air supply type was increased by 48.9%than the no air one;for the droplet diameter,average droplet diameter was decreased from 122.3μm to 90.3μm of the air supply type than the no air one,the droplet evenness DR value increased by 14%,the uniformity of droplet was improved.
