GSL—2型联合整地机机架的有限元力学仿真分析
Finite element analysis of GSL—2 type of frame of united soil preparation machine based on ANSYS Workbench
【摘要】 针对联合作业时易出现的机架振动大、强度不足、影响整地质量等问题,从而需对由旋耕机架改善而来的联合作业机架进行分析,分析其最大受力情况下的状态。利用CATIA软件和ANSYS Workbench软件进行建模、划分网格、施加约束及载荷和分析,结果表明该机架完全能进行联合作业,并且其结构紧凑,节约成本。
【Abstract】 Integration of operation can bring about many problems,such as:the large frame vibration,lack of strength and affect the quality of soil preparation,so the joint operation frame improved from rotary cultivator frame must be analyzed.The condition of the biggest stress distribution should be analyzed.The paper built a model,meshed the grid,imposed constraints and loads and analyze.The results showed that the frame can proceed a integration of operation entirely and it can save cost on account of its compact structure.
