基于高速摄像技术微型土槽试验台的研制
Development of micro soil bin based on the high-speed video technology
【摘要】 设计一种基于高速摄像技术的微型土槽试验台,侧面采用透明玻璃,土壤使用化肥进行分层处理,高速摄像机通过玻璃可以采集到测试机具和土壤的运动情况,很好地解决传统土槽无法对测试机具和土壤工作部件运动情况进行图像记录的缺陷,对于研究工作部件的工作机理具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 A kind of miniature soil bin test bench was designed based on high-speed photography technology,its side with transparent glass,the soil treated by fertilizer.High-speed cameras can collect the condition of the test machine and the movement of the soil by glass,solving the defects of the test image record of the traditional soil bin machine movement and soil working parts.It is of great significance for studying the mechanism of working parts.
