【摘要】 根据播种量无级调节的需求,设计一种用于播种机上的播种株距无级调节装置,安装于播种机的地轮或镇压轮与排种器之间,通过改变排种器的排种盘与地轮或镇压轮的转速比实现播种机的播种量的调节,对于穴播作业的播种机即是调节播种株距。该装置适用于多种形式排种器的播种机,能无级调节播种株距,也可用于排肥量的无级调节。本文阐述该装置的结构组成、实现株距无级调节的工作原理和操作方法,对播种株距调节的工作参数及株距调节范围的计算方法进行分析研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the demand of seeding rate stepless adjustment,the device of stepless adjusting seed spacing uesed for seeder is designed.It is installed between the ground wheel or suppress wheel and the seed metering device.By changing the rotating ratio between them the seeding rate of the seeder is changed and the seed spacing is adjusted steplessly for dibble seeding.The device of stepless adjusting seed spacing can be used to adjust seed spacing for various forms of seeder and fertilizer quantity too.The structure,working principle and operation method of the seeding rate stepless adjustment are expounded.Its working parameters and the calculation method of the seed spacing adjusting range is analyzed.更多还原
