基于单神经元PID控制的多能源混合烤房烘烤效果分析
Baking effect analysis of single neuron PID multi-energy barn
【摘要】 为研究单神经元PID控制多能源混合烤房的烘烤效果,以云烟97为试验材料,利用多能源供热密集烤房和普通燃煤烤房,进行烘烤对比试验,对两种烤房烟叶的外观质量、评吸质量、经济性状及烘烤能耗成本进行了比较研究。结果表明,单神经元PID控制的多能源烤房能够精确控制烘烤温湿度,其烤后桔黄烟比普通烤房高出16.73%;主要化学成分达到优秀品质范围;评吸总分高出1.95;烘烤成本减少0.3元/kg;经济性状比普通烤房高出2.84%。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of single neuron PID multi-energy curing results,cultivar Yunyan97,multi-energy curing barn and coal curing barn were used to investigate the appearance quality,smoking quality,economic traits and curing energy costs.The results show that the single neuron PID multi-energy curing barn to precisely control the curing temperature and humidity,16.73 percent higher after its roasted orange smoke than ordinary barn;main chemical components to achieve excellent quality range;smoking total scores higher than 1.95;curing reducing costs 0.3yuan/kg;economic traits 2.84% higher than the average barn.
