基于振动试验台模拟检测汽车制动力
Simulation test of automobile braking force based on vibration table
【摘要】 地面制动力是汽车制动时的一个主要参数,为研究其变化规律,利用振动试验台设计模拟检测汽车制动力的实验,包括检测仪器的选型、检测装置的搭建、数据的采集并设计合适的数字滤波器对检测结果进行滤波处理。实验结果表明:此模拟检测装置能够实现检测制动力变化的目的,可以为实际在线检测汽车制动力提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 The ground braking force is one of the main arguments of the car brakes,in order to study its variation law,the analog detection experiment based on the vibration table was designed,including the testing equipment selection,detection device building,and data selection.The appropriate digital filter was designed to deal with the test results.The analog device can detect the changes of automobile braking force,which provides theoretical basis for the practical on-line detection of automobile braking force.
