【摘要】 目的 :调查北京市护士抑郁症相关知识及态度的现状。方法 :用问卷法调查北京市4家医院447名护士的抑郁症相关知识及态度。结果:447名护士抑郁症知识得分为(11.99±4.85)分,平均知晓率为43.02%;不同医院级别、工作年限、职称护士知识得分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);非精神科护士对抑郁症知识总体及各部分的认知得分均低于精神科护士及非精神科医生(P<0.01)。在态度方面,非精神科护士与精神科护士比较,部分条目具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:护士对抑郁症知识了解普遍不足、识别率不高,但非精神科护士的抑郁症知识及护理技能更需要提高,应加强医务人员抑郁症相关知识和态度的培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine nurses’ knowledge and attitude about depressive disorder in Beijing. Methods: We distributed the questionnaires to 447 nurses from four hospitals in Beijing. Results: On depression-related knowledge, 447 nurses’ score was 11.99 ± 4.85, average score at awareness of the disease was 43.02%. The scores of nurses’ depressionrelated knowledge were statistically significantly different to the rank of hospital, type of department, length of work, professional grade(P<0.01). The score from non-psychiatric nurses was significantly lower than it from psychiatric nurses and non-psychiatric doctors(P<0.01). The attitude to depression between non-psychiatric nurses and psychiatric nurses were compared resulting as some of items were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nurses in general are lack of knowledge of depression, and their awareness of the disease appears at low level. There is a necessity to improve nonpsychiatric nurses’ knowledge and attitudes about depression. We suggest strengthening further training to improve nurses’ knowledge and skills of identifying depression to ensure good quality of care.更多还原
