非水平层状岩体路堑边坡光面爆破技术试验研究
Research on Blasting Technologies for Non-horizontal Layered Rock Slope
【摘要】 根据新建高速公路路堑边坡工程地质情况和周围环境,制定光面爆破优化方案,设计采用轴向间隔不耦合装药、控制单孔装药量和单段总起爆药量、光爆孔间距控制在1.2~1.5m等措施。并对爆破振动、爆破飞石等有害效应进行计算,将其控制在允许范围内,避免对周围建筑物设施造成危害。现场试验证明了优化后光面爆破参数的合理性,并表明钻孔质量会直接影响爆破效果,应在施工中提出严格要求。
【Abstract】 According to the geological conditions and the surrounding environment of the new highway cutting slope,blasting schemes are developed,and the design has adopted a series of measures such as axial interval decoupling charge,controlling single hole charge and single stage total blasting charge,and controlling smooth blasting hole spacing in 1.2~1.5mand so on.And calculations are made to harmful effects of blasting vibration and blasting flying rocks,which are controlled within the allowable range to avoid damages to surrounding buildings and facilities.The rationality of blasting parameters is proved through field test,and it shows that the quality of drilling hole can directly influence the blasting effect,which should be strictly controlled during construction.
