测量机器人系统在苏通大桥动态监测中的应用研究

【摘要】 对于大跨斜拉桥和悬索桥,桥梁动态监测是保证其安全和了解其健康状态的重要手段。桥梁的安全监测主要包括桥梁结构的应力应变监测和形态监测,测量机器人系统是大桥动态监测的重要手段。从实用角度出发,设计试验对测量机器人应用于动态监测的精度进行了研究,并拟合出了相关关系。对苏通大桥多个项目实施动态监测,并对结果进行了分析,结果表明,苏通大桥健康状态良好,同时也表明测量机器人系统具有较高的精度,能够满足振动频率小于1Hz的监测项目要求。

【Abstract】 For long-span cable-stayed bridges and long-span suspension bridges the dynamic monitoring is a important means to ensure their safety and to understand their health status.The bridge safety monitoring mainly includes the stress and strain of the bridge structure and morphological monitoring.The Georobot system is an important way of dynamic monitoring of the bridges.From the practical point of view,design experiments measure the precision of the Georobot system used in the dynamic monitoring and correlation is obtained.Multiple dynamic monitoring have been made to Sutong Bridge and the results are analyzed,and the results show that the health status of the Sutong Bridge is good.It shows in the meantime that Georobot system has higher precision and the results can meet the vibration frequency less than 1Hz monitoring project requirements.
