【Abstract】 Knowledge management can transform the role of Energy Regulatory information platform for the regulatory authorities from " assistant" to " partner",can meet the needs of knowledge- based port construction and maximize the energy supervision efficiency. Port energy regulatory model and the overall platform architecture based on knowledge management provides technical and theory support for the construction of information technology platform.
