关于建设断层气观测网的思考——再论探索地震短临预测的新途径
A thought on the establishment of the fault gas monitoring network——Further discussion on searching new approaches to the short/imminent earthquake prediction
【摘要】 我国拥有世界上规模最大、地震监测效能一流的地震地下流体观测网,但几十年的地震监测实践表明,其监测效能非常有限,捕捉到的前兆信息多属于与地震孕育过程伴生的区域构造活动产生的场兆,直接来自震源的源兆很少,因此,利用该网有效地实现地震三要素的科学预测是十分困难的。由此,笔者提出在继续调整、完善与优化现有观测网的同时,再建设新型的断层气观测网的思想,并针对观测网的建设目标与布设方案、观测点的选址与观测孔的建设、测项与仪器的选择及观测模式等问题提出具体建议。
【Abstract】 China has the largest and first class seismic subsurface fluid monitoring network in terms of the monitoring effectiveness in the world.However,the results of the seismic monitoring in the past decades indicated that its monitoring effectiveness is very limited.Majority of the precursors recorded belong to field precursors which were caused by the regional tectonic activities during the seismogeny of the earthquake.Very few of them are source precursors which come directly from the epicenter of the earthquake.Therefore,it is very difficult to use this monitoring network to make an accurate and meaningful prediction of the three key elements of the earthquake.In light of the current situation,the author proposes to continue to adjust,improve and optimize the existing monitoring network,at the meantime,to establish a new fault gas monitoring network.The paper further discusses the objective,layout,locations,test hole constructions,parameter and equipment selections and monitoring models of the monitoring network,and provides some specific suggestions.
