以职业需求为导向的专业学位研究生培养实践探索——以中国石油大学全日制工程硕士培养为例
A Study of the Demand-oriented Full-time Professional Degree Postgraduate Education: with the ME Program in China University of Petroleum(Beijing) as an Example
【摘要】 通过分析专业学位研究生教育的特性,提出全日制专业学位研究生教育应以职业需求为导向,工程硕士应以工程能力为导向,突出工程知识、实践能力、工程素养的培养。中国石油大学(北京)全面深化研究生培养机制改革,按照工程能力的目标导向,探索形成了"四个三"的全日制工程硕士专业学位研究培养模式。即:优化三个阶段,实行学习与实践交互式的校企协同培养;坚持三个原则,围绕工程知识构建开放的知识发展体系;依照三个层次,围绕工程实际构建递进的实践训练体系;坚持三个融入,围绕大工程观构建全面的工程素养体系。结合工程硕士教育的实践,剖析了当前专业学位研究生培养中存在的主要问题,提出了相应的对策与建议。提高认识,科学设计,优化专业学位教育发展环境;协同创新,合作育人,充分发挥企业在人才培养中的作用;深化改革,突出重点,切实提高专业学位研究生培养质量。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the characteristics of professional-degree postgraduate education, and proposes that full-time professional-degree postgraduate education should be guided by occupational demands. The education of master of engineering should lay emphasis on engineering capabilities,engineering knowledge, practice abilities, and engineering qualities. China University of petroleum(Beijing)has conducted a comprehensive reform in postgraduate programs aimed at engineering capabilities and has designed the " Four Threes" training model for full-time professional masters of engineering. The " Four Threes" are: three stages to better arrange learning and practice, three principles to construct an open system of knowledge, three levels to construct a progressive and practical training system, and three integrations to build a comprehensive system of engineering qualities. On this basis, this paper analyses the main problems in the current education for professional degree postgraduates. It further suggests that we should better understand the situation, make more scientific designs, optimize the development environment of professional degree education, collaborate more for innovation, carry out cooperative education, give full play to the role of enterprises in the training of talents, deepen reform, highlight the key, and effectively improve the quality of postgraduate training.
