【摘要】 通过对北京市10所不同类型高校971名本科毕业生的调查研究,充分肯定了高校家庭经济困难学生资助政策取得的历史性成就,同时紧紧围绕如何提高资助政策的实效这一核心问题,分析了家庭经济困难学生认定难、申请国家助学贷款比例低、受助学生感恩和诚信品质有待提升、资助政策对学生发展激励作用发挥得不够等问题,从依托大数据实现精准资助、在全覆盖基础上突出"奖优"导向、强化资助工作中的人文关怀和思想引领等几个方面提出了提升我国高校家庭经济困难学生资助政策实施效果的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the investigation of 971 undergraduate students from 10 different types of universities in Beijing, the result shows that the implementation effect of the financial aid policy is worthy of recognition. At the same time, we analyze the problems in identification of needy students, few applications for loans, poor gratitude and honesty of aid-receiving students, insufficient incentive function for the students and so on. Finally, we propose several suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the policy, which include realizing precision aid based on big data, establishing the award-excellent-oriented aid system,strengthening the humanistic solicitude and thought leading.更多还原
