【摘要】 现代大学制度建设的政策实践有赖于对其动力结构和启动机制的认知和建构。学院作为大学最基本的教学和科研主体,深化校院两级管理、激发基层学术共同体的内部活力是中国现代大学制度建设的动力源泉。五年来各试点学校在深化校院两级管理方面进行了有益的探索,取得了显著成效。同时,一些深层问题逐步显现,亟待总结、提升和反思,以加快中国特色现代大学制度建设进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Policy implementation of the modern university system relies on understanding and construction of the power structure and startup mechanism. As the main constituent of the university, the college is the source of power in deepening reforms in university-college management, in vitalizing the grass-roots academic community and in building the modern university system. In the past five years, the universities that participated in the pilot program to reform the university-college management have made numerous achievements. Meanwhile, some deep level problems have also been found. So, there is the need to review the reform for the purpose of further improvement, and for more contributions to the construction of the modern university system with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
