【摘要】 建设协同创新中心是我国提升高校创新能力的重要战略举措,而创新能力的高低集中表现在协同创新中心开展创新研究所产生的绩效成果,因此,有效的绩效评价体系成为促进创新能力提升的保证。通过引入平衡计分卡的理念和方法,可为协同创新中心构建一个系统、高效、可行的绩效评价体系,从而为日后协同创新中心的绩效评价提供有价值、可借鉴的手段和途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of collaborative innovation center is an important strategic move to promote the innovation ability of colleges and universities in our country. And the innovative ability is shown concentrated in the performance results collaborative innovation center achieves. Therefore, an effective performance evaluation system becomes the guarantee of promote the innovation ability. By introducing the ideas and methods of the balanced scorecard, this paper builds a system of efficient and feasible performance evaluation for collaborative innovation center, in the hope of providing a valuable means and approaches of performance evaluation for collaborative innovation center.更多还原
