论教学设计理论视野下的学校发展规划设计与实施

【摘要】 文章在分析发展规划内涵、编制及实施过程的基础上,认为规划的过程即设计过程。从教学设计理论的角度,采用ADDIE模式探讨学校发展规划的设计及实施,为学校发展规划的编制实施提供了新的思维框架、理论依据及可操作性的流程,以帮助学校科学合理的编制及实施。更多还原
