应用型大学综合改革的经验与借鉴——《独立学院特色管理与改革创新》中期改革实践报告

【摘要】 文章以北京理工大学珠海学院承担的广东省深化教育领域综合改革试点项目《独立学院特色管理与改革创新》为例,依托其中期改革实践成果,概述了广东省应用型大学综合改革的政策背景,介绍了部分省份应用型大学综合改革的政策经验,进行了应用型大学综合改革的借鉴思考。文章认为,应用型大学的管理者有必要采用弹性、灵活、互动、权变、革新和授权的管理方式来深化教育综合改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper takes the pilot project undertaken by Beijing Institute of Technology Zhuhai Institute to deepen the comprehensive reform of education in Guangdong Province, "Independent College Characteristic Management Reform and Innovation" as an example, based on the practice achievements of the reform, summarizes the policy background of comprehensive reform on applied university in Guangdong province, introduces the policy experience in some provinces to learn. This paper argues that the university administrators need to adopt elastic, flexible, interactive, flexible, innovative and authorized management to deepen the comprehensive reform of education.更多还原
