高校学生党员志愿者管理机制探讨

【摘要】 志愿者服务在当今社会得到一致的认同和快速的发展,尤其在高校其发展速度更快,规模也更大。党员志愿者服务是高校对学生党员再教育的途径之一,也是高校学生党建工作的重要媒介,更是党在基层工作中的具体变现和高校学生党员自身蓬勃发展的需要。但是大学生党员志愿者服务机制存在服务意识、服务水平不高、服务保障不足等问题,文章将对大学生党员服务志愿者管理机制做相应的探讨,并提出措施与优化方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s society volunteer service is consistent with the recognition and rapid development, and especially in the university it develops faster, and its scale is also greater. Volunteer service of party members is one of ways that the student party members are reeducated in universities, an important medium of college students’ party building work, an embodiment of the work of the Party at grassroots and the need of vigorous development of the student party members in universities. But there is weak service awareness, low service level, and inadequate service support in service mechanism of college student party members’ volunteer. The paper discussesservice mechanism of college student party members’ volunteer, and puts forward the measures and the optimization scheme.更多还原
