关于研究型大学青年教师教学能力的调查与研究

【摘要】 在研究型大学中,由于评价指标的偏重,使青年教师更重视科研而轻教学,从而影响了其教学能力和水平。针对这一问题,文章在调研本省两所研究型大学的基础上,分析在研究型大学教学中的现状及存在的问题,探讨教师应具备的能力及能力提升的办法和措施。并为制定合理的教师评价体系给出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Young faculties at research universities attach great importance on scientific research in personal development because of the bias of evaluation system, to the detriment of improvement of their teaching capacity.This paper tries to find the existing problems of teaching and studying, helps to well understand the status quo of the teaching capacity of the young faculties based on a survey of two research universities in Hei Long Jiang province. The teaching abilities that young faculties are required to have are discussed and the methods and measures to the problems are given, and suggestions on making proper evaluation criterion are put forward to in this paper.更多还原
