完善案例分类教学机制

【摘要】 案例教学是法学教学的重点和难点,重点在于案例教学或可成为法学教学的主体,难点在于案例多且散。案例分类是既体现重点又解决难题的选项,通过分类可案例突出重点,通过分类可使案例杂而有序,做到因材选案,因案施教。文章对教学实践中常见的案例从内容、形式、适用上进行了较为系统的分类,以期为深化案例教学提供一些参考,同时也概括了以往不曾提及的案例形式,以作为案例教学的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Case teaching is the focal point and difficulty in legal education. The focal point is that case teaching may become the subject of the legal teaching, while the difficulty is the variety and dispersion of the cases. Cases classification can both embody the focal point and solve difficulty, and with which, priorities are highlighted and cases are well-aligned to choose the case according to the individual contents and teach students in accordance with different cases. The paper systematically classifies the common cases from content and form in teaching practice to provide a reference for deepening the case education and summarizes the form never mentioned.更多还原
