【Abstract】 In order to further promote the study and practice of Socialist Core Value,it needs grasp and distinguish between the understanding of concept and the demanding of practicing. When understanding the concept,one should analysis the meaning of Socialist Core Value in both general and specific aspects. During the forming process of Socialist Core Value, one should pay more attention to the relationships of "objective practice" and"subjective summary".
