IMBA项目激励式全英文课程教学模式研究
【摘要】 文章分析了IMBA项目全英文课程的复合式教学目标,研究了全英文课程教学中的主要影响因素,通过借鉴管理激励模型,结合个人教学研究和实践探索,提出了IMBA激励式全英文课程教学模式与实施策略。
【Abstract】 Subject to the comprehensive course objectives of IMBA program, this paper analyzes the determinants in the execution of all-English course teaching and puts forward incentive teaching mode and practical strategies of IMBA incentive all-English course based on the management incentive model and personal teaching researches and practical exploration.
