跨学科协同创新基础上应用型复合交通管理人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 根据交通管理专业特点,设计跨学科协同创新基础上应用型复合交通管理人才培养机制,尝试跨学院共同培养复合型交通管理人才的研究和探索。介绍了该培养机制的三个关键环节,首先要进行跨院系、跨专业协同创新,打破学科专业壁垒,为复合型人才培养提供切实可行的顶层设计机制;其次要设计跨学科应用型复合交通管理人才培养方式改革方案;最后要建立科学的教学内容方法改革及教学质量监控体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to characteristics of transportation management major, we design a mechanism of cultivating applied transportation management compound talents based on multi-discipline intersection of innovation and explore the methods of it in inter-faculty programs. There are three steps in the mechanism: first, design a coordination mechanism to provide convenience for teachers of different majors participating in the inter-faculty programs; second,devise a new compound talent training program of applied transportation management based on multi-discipline intersection of innovation; finally, promote the reforms on scientific teaching methods and establish a teaching quality management system更多还原
