地方高校法学本科专业实践性教学的路径——基于安徽师范大学的探索

【摘要】 法学是一门应用性学科,地方高校法学本科教育是一种职业教育。我们应积极探索法学本科教育的改革,通过开展模拟审判、组织法律辩论、创新实习制度、注重案例教学、鼓励参加社会实践等多种途径,指导学生积极参加法律实践活动,培养学生法律实务技能,切实提高学生的司法实践能力,以培养出合格的应用型法律职业人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Law is an applied subject, the law undergraduate education in local colleges and universities is a kind of vocational education. We should actively explore the reform of law undergraduate education and guide the students to actively participate in the legal practice, cultivate students’ law practical skill and earnestly improve students’ juridical practical capability so as to cultivate the qualified practical law talents through such various ways as development of simulation judgment, organization for law debate, innovation for internship system, emphasis on case teaching and encouragement on participation for social practice.更多还原
