高校大一学生学习与发展指导工作探索——以哈尔滨工业大学基础学部学生学习与发展指导中心为研究案例

【摘要】 为了落实高校人才培养的中心任务,确立以学生学习与发展成效为核心的教育质量观,健全教育质量保障体系,促进学生学习与发展,成立专业机构指导学生提升学习发展能力已经成为提高高等教育质量的重要途径。文章以哈尔滨工业大学基础学部学生学习与发展指导中心为研究案例,阐述其建立背景、建设目标、服务内容、运行模式、保障措施,以期对我国大学大一学生学习指导工作开展有所借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to implement the central task of university talents cultivation, an important way to improve the quality of higher education is to develop a view of education quality centering the efficiency of students’ study and development, to improve education quality security system, and to set up professional institutions to guide students to improve their learning ability. Based on the case of Harbin Industrial University, this paper illustrates background constructing, object setting, service content, operating mode, insurance measures to guide the students work of freshmen.更多还原
