【Abstract】 The construction of Party branch is not only an important foundation for postgraduates’ Party construction but also a key step to do well in the Moral Education of Postgraduates. The current Party branch construction of postgraduates at colleges and universities is based on the setting of transverse or longitudinal,which has not been studied systematically. This article tries to discuss the theoretical bases and methodology of the Party branch construction among postgraduates from the perspective of organizational design theory and then puts forwards concrete constructional strategies.更多还原
