饭店服务实训课程教学改革的成长上限基模分析

【摘要】 旅游专业的专业特点决定了人才培养必须适应行业需求,加大实践教学环节,这一方面需要增加实践课时,更重要的是要提升实践教学质量。饭店服务实训课程的教学改革必须基于行业互动的理念,深化实践教学改革。本文利用成长上限基模分析法,分析了饭店服务实训课程在课程教学改革中的师资队伍差额、学生操作主动性差额、教学内容差额、教学方法差额、实训设备差额、考核评估机制差额等六个成长上限因素,并提出对策思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The professional characteristics of tourism decides that training of personnel training must meet the needs of the industry, increase the practical teaching by increasing lessons of practice, and more importantly improve the practice teaching quality. The teaching reform of hotel service training courses must be based on the concept of industry interaction to deepen practical teaching reform. This paper uses growth ceiling based model analysis to analyze six growth ceiling factors of the hotel service training course in the curriculum teaching reform, including the differences of teaching staff, student initiative, teaching content, teaching methods, training equipment, assessment mechanism, and so forth, and put forward countermeasures.更多还原
