【摘要】 目的总结重庆口岸出入境人员梅毒和艾滋病感染情况,及时评估流行趋势及危险因素。方法 2008—2015年,分别采用TRUST和ELISA方法检测梅毒抗体,用ELISA方法初筛、western-blot确认艾滋病毒抗体,检测重庆口岸出入境人员梅毒和艾滋病的感染情况。对检测结果进行统计分析。结果共监测体检重庆口岸出入境人员122 744人次,检出梅毒感染者209例,检出率为0.17%;艾滋病感染者139例,检出率为0.11%。各年龄段的男性感染者均远高于女性,以青壮年30~40岁以及40~50岁年龄段为高发人群。性接触尤其是男性同性接触仍是主要传播途径。从人员构成来看,出国务工人员的比例占82.76%。入境人员中来自于亚洲和非洲的人员是主要感染者。结论应重点加强男性中青年出国务工人员的传染病监测工作,有针对性地开展多途径、多种形式宣传教育和行为干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the infection of syphilis and HIV in entry-exit persons,in order to assess the trends and risk factors timely. Methods Syphilis antibody was detected by using TRUST and ELISA methods,HIV antibody was detected by using ELISA and western-blot methods among entry-exit persons,2008-2015. The detection results were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 122 744 entry-exit persons were enrolled, and 199 were tested positive to syphilis and 139 were HIV positive. The average rate of HIV infection was 0.11% and the positive rate of syphilis was 0.17%. The predominant characteristics were male gender,and 30-50 year age range.There was an increasing trend of infection among teenage females and older age males. Casual sexual activities and men who had sex activities with men(MSM) remained the main routes of HIV and syphilis transmission. 82.76% of the cases in the surveyed group were migrant workers going abroad. Conclusion It is should strengthen the surveillance of infectious diseases for young people whom worked abroad,and carry out the public health education programs and behavioral intervention intensively.更多还原
