【摘要】 目的建立科学、实用的国际旅行卫生保健中心急救能力评价体系。方法应用文献梳理、经验分析法选定保健中心急救能力评估指标,应用德尔菲(Delphi)方法对检验检疫系统内10位专家进行两轮问卷咨询,分析咨询结果。结果初步建立了保健中心急救能力评价体系,包括8个一级指标和48个二级指标。所有指标的总认可率均≥80%,均数在3.80~5.00之间,变异系数在0~0.19之间。结论国际旅行卫生保健中心急救能力评价体系的构建能够较为客观地反映国际旅行卫生保健中心的急救能力,为管理者提供一定的反馈信息,对促进国际旅行卫生保健中心系统急救能力的提升和口岸核心能力建设具有一定现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the evaluation system of first-aid capacity level for International Travel Healthcare Centers in Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine System. Methods The evaluation items of first-aid capacity level were developed by the method of literatures consulting and experience analysis. 10 experts in Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine System were recruited for two rounds of questionnaire survey using Delphi method. Results The evaluation system of first-aid capacity level for International Travel Healthcare Centers was finally emerged by 8 first level indexes and 48 second level indexes. The total recognition rates of the 48 indexes were all above 80%,the mean level was between 3.80 ~5.00,the coefficient of variation was between 0 ~0.19. Conclusion This evaluation system of first-aid capacity level for International Travel Healthcare Centers was suitable to evaluate the first-aid ability of International Travel Healthcare Centers, which could also provide an effective guideline for management,thus could play an positive role for the improvement of first-aid ability of International Travel Healthcare system and the construction of core capacity building of frontier ports.更多还原
